What is Stage Fright?
Stage Fright or Performance Anxiety is one of the most common phobias afflicting people today. Many are negatively affected when performing in front of an audience or in a pressure situation. Common symptoms of stage fright include: rapidly beating heart, shaking hands/knees, facial tics, dry mouth, and anxiety or stress.
